Warranty Policy

Warranty Terms & Conditions
1. MSV provides a one-year (12-month) warranty covering manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.
2. Any defective product will be repaired or replaced at our discretion, provided it is returned to our authorized distributor or factory with proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for shipping costs to our facility.
3. No onsite warranty is available for MSV MPPT charge controllers or other products.
4. The warranty remains valid for the specified period, regardless of whether the product has been installed or used.
Exclusions from Warranty
The warranty does not cover damage caused by:
1. Mishandling, negligence, breakage, or transportation damage.
2. Incorrect installation or commissioning.
3. Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or tampering.
4. Natural disasters (e.g., lightning, storms, fire, or water damage).
The warranty will be void if the product is tampered with or opened by an unauthorized person.
Shipping and Payments
Delivery Time & Methods
1. MSV strives to deliver products within 5-7 business days. However, in exceptional cases, delivery may take longer. Customers will be notified accordingly.
2. Products are shipped through our authorized courier partners or India Post to minimize the risk of damage.
Shipping Charges
1. In most cases, MSV offers free delivery. However, certain orders may incur a minimal shipping charge, which will be displayed at checkout.
2. The final price shown on our website includes all applicable taxes and does not contain hidden charges.
Order Tracking
1. Customers will receive order confirmation via email and SMS upon successful order placement.
2. Updates on order processing and shipping will also be communicated via email and SMS.
Cancellation and Returns
Order Cancellation
1. Orders can only be cancelled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
2. Cancellation within 24 hours of order placement incurs no penalty.
3. Cancellation after 24 hours results in a 10% deduction from the invoice amount.
Product Returns & Refunds
1. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our support team immediately.
2. Returns are only accepted at the time of delivery. Once the product is delivered, returns will not be entertained.
3. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days, depending on the payment method used.
Product Replacement
1. Replacements are allowed within five days of purchase if the product received is incorrect, damaged, or missing components.
2. Refunds will only be issued if a replacement product is unavailable.
Exclusions from Returns & Replacements
Returns and replacements will not be accepted if:
1. The request is made beyond the specified timeframe.
2. The product is used, damaged, or missing original packaging and accessories.
3. The serial number has been tampered with.
